请注意你发来的PID文件没有放在公司/工厂的信头下（letter head)（文件格式里置顶的公司名称，地址电话信息），也烦请添加上。


一般能注意到信头这类正式的格式的公司，是比较讲究的，或者当地国家对paperwork要求严格，公司规模也应该还可以，再加上从措辞来看，双方应该接触时间不长。另外要注意share这个词，也不简单。
