Title: Overseas Business Sales Manager
Headcount: 1
Reports To: GM or VP of Sales
Location: Europe
Job Summary
As the Overseas Business Development Sales Manager, You will be responsible for
exploring new markets and developing new clients in designated overseas regions
(such as North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific), as well as managing long-term
relationships with key strategic customers. This position requires not only being an
outstanding sales professional but also having a deep understanding of the
semiconductor industry, being able to work closely with the technical team, and
providing customers with top-notch solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Sales Strategy:
• Responsible for market research, analysis, and planning in designated overseas
regions, identifying market opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans to ensure the
achievement or even surpassing of annual sales targets.
• Responsible for promoting the company's new products, connecting upstream and
downstream industry resources, and building a partner ecosystem.
2. Customer Relationship Management & Business Development:
• Proactively reach out to and visit potential overseas clients (including but not
limited to module manufacturers, operators, distributors, OEMs, ODMs, and system
integrators) for technical exchanges and business negotiations.
• Proactively engage and build relationships with key overseas telecom operators.
Drive the technical certification of company's chipset products to get them listed
on operators' official procurement lists.
• Assist and support key customers, such as module manufacturers and solution
providers, in addressing technical and commercial challenges during their product
design and commercialization phases to ensure successful project mass
production.
