At our state-of-the-art manufacturing campus, equipped with Swiss CNC laser-cutting systems and automated TIG welding cells, we transform raw 304 stainless steel into heirloom-grade installations. Each JIMU sink undergoes a 27-step production process, including hydroforming, stress-relief annealing, and micro-bead blasting, culminating in our proprietary Nano-Fusion™ coating—a permanent molecular layer that resists corrosion, water spotting, and microbial adhesion.
